We would like to introduce ourselves “SHAHID HANDICRAFTS” as manufacturer and exporter of wooden handicrafts, furniture items, table decor, photo frame, mirror frames, boxes, trays, pet feeder, Easter, Xmas items, kitchen ware and many other wooden products.
Our company is based in India in an area of about 6000 sq. meter with nearly 300 employees. We follow social compliance standards (Sedex Pillar 2, Pillar 4 and FSC). We have been in this business for the last 20 years. Our quality assurance system checks every stage from raw material to final dispatch.
We are a permanent member of Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH) under the Ministry of Textiles. Our skilled craftsmen, trained labour, and advanced machinery help us deliver high quality products with global standards and personalized service.

In 1970, Mr. Zaheer Ahmed founded Shahid Handicrafts to honour his father. The first operations manufactured wooden handicrafts and furniture. At that time, the company catered to the domestic market and British colonies through its hub in Saharanpur.
In 1972, Shahid Handicrafts began exporting wooden handicrafts worldwide. In 1990, Mohd. Shahid joined as President and introduced new product categories such as mirror frames, photo frames, kitchen accessories, and wall hooks. With increasing demand, skilled manpower was recruited to maintain quality production.
To further expand product versatility, Shahid Handicrafts specialized in wooden furniture and accessories.
In 2010, the third generation, Mohd. Asad, joined the family business under the guidance of Mohd. Shahid. With five core values—Customer Focus, Excellence, Versatility, Community, and Teamwork—the company continues to grow and create products for more beautiful and sustainable homes.
